In 2015 I was commissioned to develop a series of generic job descriptions for key roles within advertising and media agencies. These were for use by Creative Skillset in providing careers, and career progression, guidance to students and recent graduates.
- Conducting primary and secondary research into key job roles, and differentiating factors between levels of seniority.
- Writing 19 individual job descriptions, adhering to a standard presentation format for ease of comparison across roles.
- Liaising with Creative Skillset and the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising to refine the final set of job descriptions.
I don’t have a specific testimonial for this project, but the final set of job descriptions was delivered and accepted on time.
