During my Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO) placement I facilitated a value chain analysis for the chicken market in Sambour in rural Cambodia. This was carried out within an existing framework, and used as a mechanism to develop skills an knowledge among staff at my partner organisation. A final report was prepared with analysis of the findings and recommendations for interventions to improve market access for chicken farmers in Sambour.
