While managing the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising qualifications programme I co-authored a winning entry into UK Skills’ National Training Awards. This demonstrated the impact of the entry-level Foundation Certificate qualification on addressing knowledge gaps caused by advertising industry fragmentation.
