The onset of the pandemic in 2020 gave me and Mike Meyer an opportunity to step back from our work taking his teaching around the world. This led to discussions about his promotional ‘showcards’ for these events, and the eventual publication of a retrospective of these. The Showcards Book was published in June 2021.
