In 2021 I led the team responsible for organising Spain’s first ever Letterheads event (sign painting conference). Working predominantly in Spanish, the final two-day event was attended by 30 people from Spain, France, and Belgium.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the core organising team, agreeing delegated tasks and chairing regular meetings.
- Managing the event budget, ensuring that it ran at break-even.
- Hosting the final event, including set-up and take-down.
